What you will receive
R&L Press sends transactional text messages about orders you have placed or quotes you have requested with us: order confirmations, artwork proof approval requests (which may include a link to view and approve your proof), quotes and invoices (which may include a secure payment link), production status updates, and ready-for-pickup or shipping notices. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply.
How you opt in
We only text customers who agree to receive texts. Consent is collected one of these ways:
- In person or by phone: when we take your order or quote, our staff asks: “Would you like to get text updates about this order, like your proof, invoice and pickup notice, at this mobile number? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime to opt out or HELP for help.” We only enable texts if you say yes, and we record your consent and the date in our order system.
- On our paper order intake form: by checking this box next to your mobile number: “☐ Text me order updates from R&L Press at the mobile number above. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase.”
After you opt in, you receive this confirmation: “R&L Press: You’re signed up for order update texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. We never buy, rent or share phone number lists.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. To rejoin, reply START or tell us when you place your next order.
